Over 30's Only
We work exclusively with the over 30’s, meaning we are experts when it comes to weight loss, injury rehabilitation, muscle toning and more
Small Group Training
The best way to stay motivated is to enjoy your unlimited workouts. There is no better way to keep focused than by working together with other similar ladies with similar goals.
1 to 1 support
Not only do we support you throughout your training, but we also provide on going personal support and advice for your nutrition and diet outside of the studio.
Train with other Women under the guidance of an expert Personal Trainer in a private fitness Studio.
Mark is a qualified and experienced personal trainer who really understands the concerns and fears of the over 30’s who are trying to improve their fitness and lose weight, but don’t know where to start. You will receive a warm welcome in a safe environment to achieve your fitness goals. Mark encourages accountability so you remain motivated. I had been thinking about changing my lifestyle for a few too many months but didn’t know how or where to begin. I knew I couldn’t join a gym as I felt far too self-conscious at the size I was, yet if I didn’t make any changes I wasn’t going to lose weight. I wanted to get back on track in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.
As soon as I read about the Ladies Transformation program I knew it was absolutely perfect for me – small groups of women over 30. Just what I needed to gain my confidence again and get started on my transformation.
As well as these sessions we are including our Monday or Wednesday Night Circuit Class as a BONUS

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Women's Body programme work?
Every session is different and built on the last to manage your progress and to maximize your results. Train unlimited each month but we recommend to get the best results, you should aim to train around 3 times a week in our Private Gym with like minded Women over 30 only.
How long are the sessions and what time?
The sessions are for 45 minutes on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday morning at 6:45 am in our private gym.
This programme is flexible to fit around peoples lives to allow you to mix you training times with our slots for “Proramme You” (subject to availability)

Please note our “Programme You” slots are mixed sessions for like-minded Men and Women working together in our private gym.
Do I have to be super fit to join the programme?
No, defiantly not. The programme is designed for all fitness levels to help you work to your own experience and build your confidence, motivation and stamina during the programme.
Do I have to sign up to a long term contract?
No, not at all. You sign up for an initial 8 weeks but to get the maximum from the programme it would be ideal to try it for 12 weeks to give you the tools to see the changes to your life.

Over the last 20 years I have always had a strong belief in exercise and keeping fit.
I believe from my own experiences that, if anyone is taught the whole system, from nutrition, to training, that you will easily achieve, maintain and most importantly enjoy a better lifestyle.
Physical activity is not just for the young or sporty. It is never too late to start to gain the benefits, no matter how old or level of fitness you might be.
Jess is the right hand woman to Mark and is always on hand for the spin classes and circuit class training. She is highly motivating and always there to pick you up when you are struggling for motivation.
