Paula joined Have a Hart Fitness around a year ago now..

She had attended her local gym on and off for considerable time, but found it difficult to make progress and stay motivated working out on her own.

She lacked the knowledge and guidance of an expert personal trainer which really held her results back.

After finding out about us through Facebook, she decided to give our Spin Class a try and experience what we had to offer.
