I have two sessions with Mark a week and there are usually one of two others. I am now thinking of doing circuits on a Wednesday night, the progress I feel is a long way forward compared with six weeks ago.
Last year my son bought me a SuperDry jacket extra extra large and the two zips were several inches apart from meeting and I felt a little embarrassed so telling my son my weight loss now he told me to put the jacket on and now it fits and his reply was ‘Respect’.
