If you are a nervous/ not confident person when it comes to exercise, Mark is really good at making you feel more confident with exercising and really puts you at ease. Started

How does the Programme work?

Every session is different and built on the last to manage your progression and to maximize your results, train unlimited each month in a mixed session with like-minded Men and Women but we recommend to get the best results, you should aim to train around 3 times a week in our Private Gym choosing from our flexible time slots that are designated for the Programme You!

How long are the sessions and what time?

The sessions are for 45 minutes in our private gym on the following days:-

Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday at 6:00 am

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 5:00 pm

Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm

Saturday 7:30 am

This mixed programme is flexible to fit around peoples lives, so anyone can mix their training times with our slots for “Men’s Programme” or “Women’s Programme” (subject to availability)

All times are flexible all you need to do is make sure you can attend a recommended weekly amount of x 3 sessions per week.

Do I have to be super fit to join the programme?

No, defiantly not. The programme is designed for all fitness levels to help you work to your own experience and build your confidence, motivation and stamina during the programme.

Do I have to sign up to a long term contract?

No, not at all. You sign up for an initial 8 weeks but to get the maximum from the program it would be ideal to try it for 12 weeks to give you the tools to see the changes to your life.
