Mixed Semi-Private Small Group Training

Train in small groups with like-minded Men and Women under the guidance of an expert Personal Trainer in a private fitness Studio and build your programme for your life with our flexible training times.

I was training on my own prior to joining Have a Hart Fitness. I wanted someone to check I was doing the exercises correctly but was also starting to lack motivation and getting a bit bored. I have only been with HaH for a couple of weeks but I love the small group set up. It’s fun and motivational, everyone is friendly, the training is mixed up so it’s not an endless cycle, there is nutrition advice and it’s up at the Downs Golf Course, a great location. I go three times a week, early morning, and find it really sets me up for the day. Loving it!

If you are a nervous/ not confident person when it comes to exercise, Mark is really good at making you feel more confident with exercising and really puts you at ease. I was really nervous about being in gym clothes due to my weight that has been taken away due to being made to feel at ease and know I can change my body shape and how to eat healthily.
