The best way to stay motivated is to enjoy your workouts. There is no better way to keep focused than by working together and making new friends.

1 to 1 Support

Not only do we support you throughout your training, but we also provide on going personal support and advice for your nutrition and diet outside of the studio.

Circuit Class Group Training

Train in a large group under the guidance of 2 expert Personal Trainers at Ratton School Eastbourne every Monday and Wednesday 7.15pm to 8.15pm.

Mark is very motivated and provides personal and structured training session. He will give advice and make suggestions / recommendations for improving diet / exercise and he is very approachable and friendly of course. Mark is happy to have some fun and have a laugh and the sessions are all very comfortable.

Started

What happens on the classes?

During the circuit workouts and you will develop by carrying out a range of different exercises and routines. These have all been designed to be achievable for any level of fitness but effective enough to burn body fat and build lean muscle, which is key when toning up.

How long are the sessions?

The Sessions are only 1 hour on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 7:15 pm at Ratton School Eastbourne.

I haven’t done anything in ages, I’m really unfit can I still do this?

Yes! Each class is set to help development and build your fitness gradually. Every class has low impact modifier for every exercise to make sure you keep the correct technique throughout. You will have a team that will keep you focused and be with you every step of the way.

I feel super nervous about coming?

Everybody has been at some point before attending a class, that start point where you feel very unsure. Don’t worry as everyone will make you feel more than welcomed into the group. Let’s make the difference together.

Over the last 20 years I have always had a strong belief in exercise and keeping fit.
I believe from my own experiences that, if anyone is taught the whole system, from nutrition, to training, that you will easily achieve, maintain and most importantly enjoy a better lifestyle.
Physical activity is not just for the young or sporty. It is never too late to start to gain the benefits, no matter how old or level of fitness you might be.
