Our Story

Over the last 20 years I have always had a strong belief in exercise and keeping fit. I have trained for many events, coached friends and family for half marathons, football, athletics and bike events.  My personal passion is weight training, I have always had an admiration for Arnold Schwarzenegger for what he has achieved and maintained.  I believe from my own experiences that, if anyone is taught the whole system, from diet, to training, that you will easily achieve, maintain and most importantly enjoy a better lifestyle.

I work with a local fitness training company called Sideways 8 training in Eastbourne. I am fully qualified teacher, assessor and internal verifier, this allows me to help potential people who want to work in the fitness industry as a personal trainer or teach fitness classes.

 

As a team, Have a Hart enters several events throughout the year to help clients, members, friends, and family train for specific fitness events to help them set goals, train for and look forward to. Everyone attends have a hart fitness classes and works together as a team.

Physical activity is not just for the young or sporty. It is never too late to start to gain the benefits, no matter how old or level of fitness you might be.

Founder

Head Trainer and Founder of Have a Hart Fitness. Mark is a highly qualified personal trainer and specialises in working with the over 30’s. He is a specialist in injury rehabilitation, toning, conditioning and weight loss.

Jess is the right hand woman to Mark and is always on hand for the spin classes and circuit class training. She is highly motivating and always there to pick you up when you are struggling for motivation.
