I love the early mornings so I can fit in classes before work. The small groups offer a supportive environment and allows time for everyone. Mark is an experienced trainer and takes his time to make sure that exercises are carried out properly and that no-one injures themselves. His workouts are always challenging and varied but he doesn’t beast you like some trainers do. I always walk away knowing I’ve worked hard. The small groups are great and I think most people have fun whilst working out!Darren
